Quiet, beautiful getaway. We booked at the last minute and host was responsive and got us set up with check in info right away.

I stayed here for one night, 8pm-7:30am, and did a last minute booking. For the amount of time I stayed I know that I would LOVE to go back. Kevin is super nice, and lays all the information out in a way that isn’t only super clear, but also super helpful. The space is super clean and super beautiful. Waking up in the morning felt surreal, looking out at the water was super calming. Overall the space and host are super great. I would recommend to everyone. I hope to stay here in the future!
Kevin's Tiny home on the lake was absolutely perfect and the perfect location to come back to after being out and about in Niantic and/or at the beach. It's such a cozy space and large picture gives a full view of sunset and is wonderful watching the sun come up on the lake. While in bed! I will definitely be back and is currently my new favorite place to stay in that area! Book your stay, you'll be so glad you did!

The place was beautiful , I definitely will be coming back I had so much fun and felt so much peace ! House was clean and easy instructions to get around Kevin was awesome at responding and communicating ! house had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking so beautiful to see every morning I will definitely be coming back oh and also the neighbors / people around where so sweet and nice all friendly people made new friends ! Thank you Kevin for letting us stay at your place for our first vacation ever !!! 10/10 definitely recommend this place to anyone
The tiny home was a perfect, relaxing, and beautiful getaway! Everything was perfectly described and more than expected! The view from the bed and futon to the lake was amazing! Can’t wait to be back.
